With over a decade of diversified experience across banking, human resources, and administration, she has built a strong reputation as a strategic HR practitioner with a core focus on Compensation & Benefits (C&B).
Her professional journey encompasses the end-to-end management of the C&B function, including the formulation of compensation policies, operational execution, and continuous review and enhancement to ensure both market competitiveness and employee satisfaction. Her expertise lies in aligning rewards strategies with organizational goals, conducting benchmarking and salary surveys, and implementing fair and transparent remuneration systems that foster engagement and retention.
